Project Description: BW 7x Upgrade and Implementation of all SAP modules to be rolled out across Edison utilities markets across East and Central Europe
Contribution: Joint Unicode upgrade programme manager across BW, and ISU Understanding and Managing the Delivery Responsibilities of the overall Scope and Project Planning with IBM Geo and IBM GD Teams, Managing Project Metrics like Object Development / Delivery, Cost, Utilization. Plan promotion strategy for new developments (transports), Review the upgrade master guide reference, plan for testing strategy, Check for Inconsistent Info Objects, Clean up inconsistent PSA directory entries, Check on All transfer / update rules, ODS, Cubes, Extractor Test, Workbook tests, process chains test.
