activities within the papers division at Domtar. For
each KPI, we provided definition, level of analysis,
period of analysis, layout, calculation method (manual),
target support, reference, assumptions, and issues.
· The Key
Performance Indicators that were developed were as under
on the basis of the number of times an existing order /
delivery/ invoice were changed during its lifecycle.
-
Performance to
Commit Date – This key performance indicator was called
‘Produce to commitment’ which measures capacity to meet
commitment start of production, as initially promised at
Order Entry time, according to plan. This measure is
taken indirectly by measuring the number of times the
delivery date was changed on sales order and capturing
this at the reporting level.
-
Perfect Order
Fulfillment – This key performance indicator was called
‘Order Accuracy’ which is a measure of how sales orders
were entered error-free. The minimum times the created
order is changed shows the accuracy of its creation.
-
Perfect Order
Fulfillment – This key performance indicator was called
‘Picking Accuracy’ which is a measure of how deliveries
were picked correctly. It is similar to above, however
in this case we are capturing the number of times
delivery order is changed.
-
Perfect Order
Fulfillment – This key performance indicator was called
‘Invoice Accuracy’ which is a measure of how invoice
