·        Booking is confirmed only against US$200 Advance Payment by Cash / Paypal. Proof of Identity, Proof of residence, Photocopies of Passport / visa, valid land line phone numbers of residence and office, to be mailed prior to confirmation of booking.

·        Upon arrival, The above US$200 will remain as Security Deposit until the last day of stay. Rent is to be paid in advance and in full at the time of checking in.

·        Check-in time from 11:00 am ; Check out time - before 12:00 Noon.

·       Check-in and check-out time conditions: US$50 extra charge for arrivals/Departure between 8pm and midnight, US$75 extra charge for arrival / departure between midnight to 9:00am

·         Full refund for cancellation up to 7 days prior to date of arrival. 50% refund for cancellation is less than 7 Days prior to date of arrival. No refund for failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no show.

·         For the period December 20th to January 2nd, no refund for cancellation.

Facilities include:

·         The Apartment is located on the 3rd Floor and there is no lift. It is therefore not wheelchair accessible.

·         There are two Air conditioned / Heated bedrooms in this apartment. One bedroom is en’suite and one has common bathroom. Both rooms have king sized bed as shown in the pictures with feather pillows, plenty of closet space, clean towels etc.

·         TV in the Living Room has over 100 channels including all major international channels - CNN, BBC, HBO, Star, National Geographic, Discovery and many more. Visit http://www.airtel.in for full list of channels (Look for Ultra package)

·         Kitchen is equipped with Italian 4 Burner Gas Hob (Faber), A 380L LG Refrigerator and Toaster; Kitchen is primarily self service, however a cook can be arranged for meals on request (At additional cost).

·         Self service laundry (Front loading IFB fully automatic) / Iron / Iron Table. Additionally, there is also a Dhobi (Ironing service) just out side the block at very reasonable cost.

·         Free use of unlimited Internet Wi-Fi.

·         24 hours hot/cold water.

·         Power Backup: Pure sine wave inverter - does not run air-conditioner but is good for electronics, fans and lights.

·        The plinth area of this apartment is 120 Sq Mtr. The Terrace at the 3rd Floor level is 10 Sqmt and the Roof Terrace is 110Sq Mtr.

·         Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own)

·         Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

·         Airport Transfer Facility on request (and chargeable) / Car Rental Service (US$25 per transfer from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Domestic Palam Airport, New Delhi Railway Station). Govt of India Operated Pre-paid Cabs can also be availed at the Airport and Railway stations. Rates quoted for Mid segment Air-conditioned Cars. Cheaper non air-conditioned Cabs can also be hired for as low as $15

·         There are two grocery markets within a short walkable distance within the apartment complex where most daily needs including vegetables can be bought or home delivered.

·         There are many doctors (clinics) in this apartment complex, and one of the major “Fortis hospital” is about 1km away from this apartment.

·         Sorry, I cannot accommodate pets.
