Anjeel is working as a senior BI Consultant and delivery
manager in IBM Global Business Services with more than
17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
involving various managerial roles and Tier1 IT
consultancies.
The last 6 years full time experience involves hands-on
work on core SAP R/3, BW (Business warehouse) and SAP BI
Netweaver technologies. His most recent 4 years of
experience is in SAP BI alone in the areas of analysis,
design, development, configuration, implementation, and
maintenance projects. Anjeel was associated with
international secondments and assignments for some major
clients such as Panasonic, Ericsson, Domtar, Unilever,
Servomax and Hindustan Times during these 6 years in
SAP.
Anjeel worked in and has risen up through various SAP BW
roles. He started off as a team member, grew to the
level of team lead and then promoted to become solutions
architect with added responsibilities of project
delivery within a short span. His overall SAP experience
include two full implementation projects, one upgrade
and three maintenance projects. Anjeel is fairly
technicallyconversant in configuration, performance
tuning for large BI sites, implementation of BI
Accelerator [BIA], process chains and the management and
deployment of processes and procedures for regression
testing required during various Project Phases.
As a manager, Anjeel carries with him excellent Team and
Delivery management skills, which were demonstrated in
the last two international projects where the impact and
improvement in Delivery Timeline/Cost and Quality of
Delivery had been positively appreciated by IBM and the
end client.
During his SAP and BW career, Anjeel has handled
multiple roles such as; Application Developer,
Performance Improvement Team Lead, Financial Reporting
Lead, Enhancements Coordinator, Version Upgrade
Coordinator (Managing the BI Upgrade Delivery), Onsite
Coordinator,Technical Delivery Manager and Solution
Architect."
Prior to SAP, Anjeel has managerial and mentoring
experience with excellent communication skills and is
articulate. He has demonstrated sound business acumen
and has well-developed interpersonal skills with
experience in building relationships and fostering teams
along with the ability to work well in co-ordination
with very large teams. |
